What is Denvora, in one sentence?
Software that keeps an online shop’s customers, orders, parcels and messages in one place, with reminders so follow-ups do not depend on memory.
Do I have to change my online store?
No. Denvora works next to the store you already use. You bring your customers and orders in with a CSV file, and paid plans can connect to stores built on Shopify, WooCommerce or PrestaShop.
Who is the seller?
Denvora, on behalf of the merchant. When a sale is collected through Denvora, Denvora bills the buyer and collects the applicable sales tax. Your shop is named on the payment page and on the receipt.
Who processes the payment?
Stripe. The card fields are provided by Stripe, and Denvora never sees card data.
Who handles a dispute?
Denvora, with the evidence the merchant provides: proof of shipment, messages with the buyer, the product description.
When am I paid out?
On the schedule in your merchant agreement, after a security hold on recent sales.
Why is there no price for the team plans?
Because the right price depends on how many people use the software and how you work. We talk first, then confirm a price in writing.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Customers, orders and messages can be exported at any time, on every plan.
