Getting paid is one step of the order.
Taking a payment is a button on the order. It creates a payment page for your customer: Denvora sells there on your behalf, Stripe processes the payment, and Denvora pays you out.
What happens, in order
Step 1 of 4
Denvora verifies your shop
Before a first sale we check your business, what you sell and how you deliver. You sign the merchant agreement.
Step 2 of 4
You create a link from an order
The payment page is in Denvora’s name and reads “Sold by Denvora on behalf of”, followed by your shop. The buyer accepts Denvora’s terms of sale there.
Step 3 of 4
Your customer pays
The card fields on the page are provided by Stripe. Denvora never sees card data. The buyer’s statement shows “DENVORA*” followed by your shop.
Step 4 of 4
Denvora pays you out
The order turns to paid in Denvora. The proceeds of the sale, less the commission, are paid out to you on the schedule in your agreement.

What Stripe does
Stripe is Denvora’s payment provider. It processes card payments and protects card data, which Denvora never sees.
- Processing card payments
- Card fields and data security
- Authenticating the buyer
- Detecting payment fraud
What Denvora takes on
- Denvora never sees card data.
- Funds are collected by Denvora through Stripe, then paid out to merchants.
- Denvora carries refunds and payment disputes.
- Denvora bills the buyer and collects the applicable sales tax.
What it costs
Denvora keeps a commission on each sale collected, payment fees included. The rest is paid out to you. The rate is set in your merchant agreement, before a first sale. If you never turn payments on, you only pay for your plan.
Already taking payments somewhere else?
Keep doing so. Denvora works without payments: you follow customers, orders and parcels, and mark an order as paid by hand. In that case you remain the seller of your orders.
