And payments?

Denvora keeps a commission on each sale collected, payment fees included, on every plan including Solo. The rest is paid out to you. The rate and the payout schedule are set in your merchant agreement, and recent sales are paid out after a security hold.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Denvora carries refunds and payment disputes.

How payments work

How billing works

  1. 1Solo is free. Crew and Operations are billed in US dollars, monthly and in advance, at the price agreed with you in writing.
  2. 2No setup fee, no minimum term, no cancellation fee. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current month.
  3. 3The commission is kept only on sales collected through the software. It appears on every payout statement.
  4. 4Prices exclude any sales tax that may apply.
  5. 5Your data can be exported at any time, on every plan.
