A short guide to Denvora.

Six chapters, in the order you will need them. Each one says what the software does and what you decide.

1

Bring in your customers and orders

Start from a CSV file. Export your customers and your orders from your store, then upload both files. The software matches each order to its customer by email address.

Before anything is saved you see a preview: the columns it recognised, the rows it will skip and why. Nothing is imported until you confirm.

Sample file with invented customers. One row per customer; only name and email are required.

  • Accepted: CSV, UTF-8, comma or semicolon separated
  • Required columns: name and email for customers; order number, email, date and total for orders
  • An import can be undone as a whole

2

Order statuses

Every order sits in one status at a time: new, to pack, shipped, delivered. You move an order forward by hand or it moves when a shipment is recorded.

Each status can carry an owner. The board shows what is waiting, and for how long.

  • Rename statuses and add your own
  • Filter the board by owner, date or channel
  • An order keeps the history of every change

3

Shipments

Add a carrier and a tracking number to an order and it becomes a shipment. The order then shows where the parcel is, as reported by the carrier.

A parcel that has not moved for a number of days you choose is flagged, so you can write to the customer before they write to you.

  • One order can have several parcels
  • The customer record lists every parcel sent to that person

4

The shared inbox

Messages from customers arrive in one inbox for the whole team. Each conversation is attached to the customer and, when it mentions one, to the order.

Assign a conversation, leave an internal note that the customer never sees, and close it when it is answered.

  • Saved replies for the questions you get every day
  • Internal notes are visible to your team only

5

Reminders

A reminder is a message that goes out when a condition is met: a payment link unopened after two days, a parcel waiting at a pickup point, a week after delivery.

You write the message and choose the delay. You can pause a reminder for one customer or for everyone.

  • Each reminder shows how many times it was sent
  • A customer who replies is taken out of the sequence

6

Payments

Payments are optional. To use them, Denvora first verifies your shop and you sign the merchant agreement. From then on Denvora sells on your behalf and Stripe processes each payment.

From an order, create a payment link and send it. When the customer pays, the order turns to paid. Payouts follow the schedule in your agreement. Refund requests and disputes come to Denvora, which asks you for the evidence.

  • Card fields are provided by Stripe
  • Denvora never sees card data
  • Each payout comes with a statement
  • An order can also be marked as paid by hand
