1. Who we are
DENVORA LLC, 1050 South Columbia Ave, Albuquerque, KY 42718, United States, publishes this website and the Denvora software. For any question about privacy, write to contact@denvora.app.
2. Our roles
For visitors to this website, people who write to us and people who hold an account, we decide how their information is used.
As seller of record, we also decide how the information of buyers is used for the sales we collect: name, delivery address, order, receipt, refund requests and disputes.
For the other information that Merchants record about their own customers, such as notes, messages and orders collected outside Denvora, the Merchant decides and we act as its service provider.
3. Information we handle
When you write to us or open an account: your name, company, email address, telephone number if you give it, and the content of your messages.
When you use the Software: account and team details, billing details for paid plans, and technical logs such as sign-in times and the type of browser used.
On behalf of Merchants: the customer, order, shipment and message data they import or create.
- We do not receive or store payment card numbers. Card details are entered in fields provided by Stripe and go to Stripe directly.
- We do not sell personal information and do not share it for advertising.
4. Why we use it
To provide the Software and keep it secure; to answer requests and give support; to bill paid plans; to meet legal obligations; and to prevent misuse of the service.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the service providers we need to run the service, each bound by contract to protect it:
- Stripe, our payment provider, which receives the information needed for each transaction. Card details go to Stripe directly.
- The shop named on the payment page, which receives what it needs to prepare and deliver the order.
- Our hosting and infrastructure providers, which store the data of the Software.
- Our email provider, which delivers the messages we send and receive.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
6. How long we keep it
Messages you send us: up to three years after our last exchange. Account data: for as long as the Account is open, then thirty days. Billing records: for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Merchant data processed on a Merchant’s behalf: until the Merchant deletes it or closes its Account.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Access inside our company is limited to the people who need it to provide the service. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your information, we will tell you and the Merchant concerned as the law requires.
8. Your choices and rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to a use of it. Write to contact@denvora.app; we answer within thirty days. We do not treat anyone differently for making a request.
Depending on where you live, laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the General Data Protection Regulation may give you additional rights, including the right to complain to a data protection authority. We honour those rights where they apply.
9. International transfers
We are based in the United States, and information is processed there. If you write to us from another country, your information is transferred to the United States, with contractual safeguards where the law of your country requires them.
10. Children
Denvora is a business tool. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
11. Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we announce it on this page and, for account holders, by email before the change applies.
