1. Purpose
This policy applies to every Merchant. Because Denvora is the seller of record for the orders it collects, it chooses the merchants and the products it accepts. The list below follows Stripe’s list of prohibited and restricted businesses, which applies in full.
2. How merchants are verified
No sale is collected before this review is complete. We may ask for supporting documents: registration certificate, identity document, supplier invoices, licences needed to sell a product. A merchant is reviewed again after a report, an abnormal dispute rate, repeated late deliveries or a change of business.
We check:
- The registration of the business and the identity of the person who represents it.
- The website or shop, the catalogue and the prices.
- Delivery and return conditions, and a customer service contact that answers.
- Bank details in the name of the business.
- That nothing sold falls under sections 3 or 4 without our written agreement.
3. Products and activities we refuse to sell
You may not use Denvora to sell, promote or manage orders for:
- Illegal products or services, or anything that facilitates an illegal act.
- Illegal drugs, substances designed to imitate them, and equipment intended for making or using them.
- Counterfeit goods, branded goods without resale rights, and goods or services that infringe someone else’s intellectual property.
- Stolen goods, or products obtained through fraud.
- Weapons, ammunition, explosives and their components.
- Adult content and services, including pornography and escort services.
- Gambling, betting, lotteries and games of chance with a cash prize.
- Get-rich-quick schemes, pyramid or Ponzi schemes, and multi-level marketing built on recruitment.
- Financial products and services: money transmission, currency exchange, lending, investment schemes, cryptocurrency, prepaid cards, gift cards and any stored value.
- Fake identity documents, hacking tools, and services meant to get around security or the law.
- Prescription medicines, pseudo-pharmaceuticals and products making medical claims that have not been approved.
- Live animals, protected species and products made from them; recalled, dangerous or non-compliant products.
- Any product or service that a card network or our payment provider prohibits.
4. Products that need our written agreement first
Some products are lawful but carry particular rules. Ask us before listing them:
- Regulated medical devices and telemedicine.
- Tobacco, e-cigarettes, alcohol and CBD products.
- Dietary supplements and nutraceuticals.
- Travel, tickets and events sold far in advance.
- Subscriptions with a free trial that converts automatically.
- Crowdfunding, charities and political organisations.
5. Conduct we do not allow
Whatever you sell, you may not:
- Mislead buyers about what they are buying, its price, its delivery time or the shop it comes from.
- Have a sale collected with no real product to deliver, or ship something other than what was sold.
- Have sales collected on behalf of another business under your Account.
- Run a shop with no reachable support contact, or refuse to handle returns.
- Send unsolicited bulk messages, or message people who asked you to stop.
- Upload personal information you have no right to hold.
- Try to access another Merchant’s data, probe the Software for weaknesses, or disrupt it.
6. What happens after a breach
Depending on how serious it is, we may ask you to fix the problem, withdraw a product from sale, suspend your sales or your payouts, suspend the Account or end the agreement. Where the law or Stripe requires it, we act without notice and report the matter to the relevant authority.
7. Reporting misuse
To report a shop you believe is breaking this policy, write to contact@denvora.app with the name of the shop and what you observed.
